    Once we have received your order, we will inform you about the shipping and further process.

    All information regarding the status of your order will be sent to you via email. As a result, it is particularly important for you to ensure that you enter a current email address when you place your order with newbalance-online.co.uk and that you check your emails regularly. If you have not received an order confirmation by email after completing your order, check your spam filter before you do anything else. If the spam filter does not contain an email from us, contact our Customer Service at: sales@newbalance-online.co.uk

    When your package is passed to the dispatch partner, you will receive a confirmation of dispatch by email. This confirmation of dispatch will contain a control number that can be used to track the status of your package online.

    There is no minimum purchase order value.

    We'll charge you an amount of £ 8,00 for shipping cost.

  • Returns & Reimbursements

    To return items free of charge, please use the supplied package return stickers. Bear in mind that it is only possible for us to accept items that are returned in their original state. The merchandise may not show signs of wear. The same conditions apply to reduced price items.

    Please pay attention on the following points:

    • Contact our Customer Service via e-mail (info@newbalance-online.co.uk) to discuss the terms & process.
    • Please keep the package delivery note in the event that it needs to be traced.
    • Reimbursement will be carried out without undue delay, however, in any event not later than upon receiving your evidence of having sent back the goods, respectively upon receiving the goods back.
    • We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
    • We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
    • Please understand that we are only able to accept items purchased at newbalance-online.co.uk
  • Ordering

    Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel any orders. Once your parcel arrives you can refuse the delivery or send the goods back to us for a full refund (shipping is excluded).

    It is not possible to subsequently change sizes or colors of items, or to add or delete items. Please enter a new order in newbalance-online.co.uk

    Placing a telephone order or ordering by email/post/fax is not possible.

Terms and conditions

By shopping at www.newbalance-online.co.uk you agree to our Exchange/Refund policy and are bound to follow it in the event of return regardless of the circumstances. Returns need to be made within 7 days of receipt of the item with USPS/UPS/Fedex/DHL tracking, anything beyond that cannot be returned. If the item is damaged or faulty, we will replace it with a new one and all shipping charges will be paid by us. Please note that this condition applies to damaged/faulty goods only and does not apply to errors in sizing. if you have chosen the wrong size, you may return the item to us for an exchange however, all of the postage costs incurred are to be bourne by the customer (including the cost of returning from us back to you). The return address is dependant upon the country of dispatchment and will be issued in the event of a return / exchange. If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, you may return it to us for a full refund (less postage costs).
