    We will send you a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed (24-48hrs) and also when your order has been dispatched (2-3 days). The dispatchment e-mail will include your tracking information which will enable you to track your order online and view your estimated delivery time via your local courier / postal service (See "Shipping & Returns" below for more information). Terms and conditions

By shopping at www.newbalance-online.co.uk you agree to our Exchange/Refund policy and are bound to follow it in the event of return regardless of the circumstances. Returns need to be made within 7 days of receipt of the item with USPS/UPS/Fedex/DHL tracking, anything beyond that cannot be returned. If the item is damaged or faulty, we will replace it with a new one and all shipping charges will be paid by us. Please note that this condition applies to damaged/faulty goods only and does not apply to errors in sizing. if you have chosen the wrong size, you may return the item to us for an exchange however, all of the postage costs incurred are to be bourne by the customer (including the cost of returning from us back to you). The return address is dependant upon the country of dispatchment and will be issued in the event of a return / exchange. If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, you may return it to us for a full refund (less postage costs).
